Club Championship Qualifying

The 102nd Men's & Ladies Club Championship

2 Optional Men's Championship Flight Qualifying Rounds
Thursday July 25^th, Sat. July 27^th

We will feature two dates to qualify for the champ flights. There will be a designated Thursday round and a Saturday round in which you may qualify. Players have the option to play in both events.

If you choose to play in more than one qualifier your previous score will be thrown out and your latest score will count as your qualifying score, regardless if it's higher than your previous score. Players must declare prior to each round that they will be qualifying that day, or your round will not count. Players who fail to make the champ flights will be put into the regular flights using their handicap.

Ties will be broken as follows: Best back 9 score, last 6 holes, last 3 holes, last hole. If still tied the best score will be chosen by lot. There will be 8 players in the regular division and senior division champ flights. If we have 18 qualifiers or more we will then have 16 players in the champ flights. Super Senior champ flight will consist of eight players. Senior division is age 50 & over & Super Senior division is age 65 & over.

(Qualifying is open to anyone wishing to qualify for the regular, senior or super senior division championship flights.)

Anyone not qualifying for the championship flights will be flighted by handicap. We will assign you an approximate handicap if you do not have one established.

Club Championship Calcutta
Friday Night – August 9th, 6:00 pm
We will host a calcutta & pairings event on Friday night, August 11^th, starting at 6:00 pm.

Match Play Format:
Championship Flights If there are 16 players in the champ flights, winners will play two 18 holes matches on Saturday and Sunday. If there are 8 players you will play one 18 hole match on Saturday and two matches on Sunday.
All other flights
18 holes on Saturday, 18 holes first match on Sunday, 9 holes for 2^nd round championship
matches on Sunday, including consolation & championship flights consolation matches.

Entry Fee $30
Includes: Friday Evening Dinner, Trophies & Prizes

Ladies Division

August 10th & 11th

Three qualifying dates to determine flights

Tuesday July 23th, Saturday July 27th, & Tues. July 30

*Players must register with the pro shop for each qualifying event and may qualify in the morning or evening on Tuesdays.

*Lowest score will count if players qualify more than once. We will use the front nine for your 9 hole qualifying round. Ties will be broken as follows:

Best last 6 holes, last 3 holes, last hole. If still tied the best score will be chosen by lot.

Players may use their handicap to be flighted (non-champ flight only)

Match Play Format:

Championship Flight There will be four players in championship flight. Players will play an 18 hole match on Saturday. Winners will play an 18 hole match on Sunday and losers will play a 9 hole match unless an 18 hole match is agreed upon prior to the round.

All other flights

There will be four players in a flight. Players will play a 9 hole match on Saturday and a 9 hole match on Sunday. Players will have the option to play an 18 hole match if both players agree prior to the match.

Calcutta Event

Friday Night – August 9th 6:00 pm

We will host a calcutta on Friday night, August 9th, starting at 6:00 pm.

Entry Fee $30

Includes: Friday Evening Dinner, Trophies & Prizes.

Tee times will be approximately between 10:30 & 11:00 on Saturday & Sunday.
